What will appear on my credit card statement after I make a purchase?

Will I be charged with recurring fees?
No.  You will only be charged one time for each transaction that you complete. 

Do I need to have a PayPal account to purchase any of the packages?
No.  You may also use your credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.  Choose the package of your choice, select “PayPal Buy Now” and simply follow the directions to complete the transaction.

When will I receive the pick from one of the Special Packages?
The time you receive the pick will vary, depending on the time of the game.  You will always receive the pick at least two hours before the start of the game.  The pick will also be sent out 30 minutes prior to the start of the game to satisfy anyone who purchased a Special Package closer to the start of the game.

I purchased a Special Package and did not receive the pick until the next day.  Why?
If a game starts at 7:05 p.m. EST and you purchased the pick at 6:36 p.m. EST, you will receive the pick the following day.  We do not send the pick out minutes before the start of the game because the majority of our customers like to know the pick well in advance before the start of the game.

How do I receive a free pick?
Regardless of the special package you purchase, all first time customers will receive 1 free pick.  Example:  Monthly Package (30 picks/days) plus 1 free pick/day.
